Terms and Conditions for je777 Platform

01 Introduction

Welcome to je777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and je777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all access and use of the je777 website, mobile applications, games, casino, sportsbook and any other services offered under the je777 brand.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on the je777 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, je777 will close the additional accounts and may withhold balances pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information we may request. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. je777 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you shared your login details or failed to keep them secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact je777 support immediately. We may temporarily freeze the account while we investigate.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out immediately after.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date so that security alerts reach you promptly.
• Never share your account access with a friend, family member or third party for any reason.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on je777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and network conditions at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed by je777 within the timeframes stated on the Deposit page. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to protect all parties involved in the transaction.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain table games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.

06 Betting Rules

The je777 sportsbook covers cricket, football, esports and other sports markets. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on je777:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet. These are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are final.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of je777 and may be suspended or refused during periods of live action where market integrity cannot be guaranteed.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are published in the sportsbook help section.
• je777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a human or technical error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are available on selected markets. If any leg of an accumulator is void, that leg is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining selections.

07 Casino Games

The je777 Game Lobby includes slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), RNG table games, crash titles and fishing arcade games. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers and operate on certified random number generation systems where applicable.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and, in the case of live casino, by physical game mechanics in a real studio environment. je777 does not manipulate outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and table games are available in the game information panel within each title.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed and settled according to the game's internal state at the time of disconnection. Results are recorded server-side and are not affected by your device or connection dropping.
• If a technical fault causes a game to malfunction mid-round, the affected round may be voided and your stake returned. je777 will investigate and communicate the resolution.
• Jackpot game wins are subject to verification before payout. Large jackpot payouts may take additional time to process.

Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to studio operating hours. Most live tables on je777 run 24 hours a day, but some specialist tables may have limited operating windows, which are displayed within the game lobby.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the je777 Platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen payment credentials, initiating chargebacks after withdrawing winnings, or depositing through payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one account to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent limits or exploit promotions.
• Bonus abuse: Using low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games.

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine entertainment betting.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

je777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred, or that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons will be processed promptly. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the original payment method used for deposits, subject to standard verification requirements.

• Accounts suspended for investigation will be held pending the outcome. Players will be notified of the suspension reason within a reasonable timeframe.
• If an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access restored.
• Where a breach is confirmed, je777 reserves the right to withhold funds associated with the breach and to take further action as appropriate.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, je777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from betting or gaming activity, technical interruptions, delays in payment processing, or access issues resulting from maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

je777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

• je777 is not responsible for losses arising from your use of an insecure device or network.
• je777 is not liable for third-party payment provider delays or failures beyond our control.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
